Mentoring Program
Share |

Mentorship is a central component of a lawyer's education in which a less-experienced attorney or budding legal professional engages with a more senior lawyer who can pass on skills, know-how, and the wisdom of experience. Mentoring provides a knowledge base for the mentee that would be otherwise unavailable to him or her. The skills and understanding learned from the mentor are those not readily acquired from books, but rather through years of practice.

MCBA's Mentoring Program provides mentees with an opportunity to become more adept in the intracacies of the practice of law in Monterey County with the support of a local seasoned practitioner, learning more about interacting with clients and opposing counsel for example, and navigating the business of law practice management.

To become a mentor or a mentee, please contact our office at (831)582-5400.
