MCBA Pro Bono Policy
This section has been created to provide a central listing of opportunities to participate in a wide variety of volunteer and pro bono activities. If you know of other opportunities that might be of interest, please forward them to webmaster@mcba.org.
We hope that you will review the information below and choose to volunteer for one of these worthy organizations. If you do, please be sure to save a record of the hours you volunteer. At the close of every calendar year, the Monterey County Bar Association will post a form for lawyers to record their hours and obtain acknowledgment certifications from the organizations they serve, and the Bar Association will publicly and/or privately recognize and acknowledge members’ volunteer time and accomplishments.
