The Monterey County Bar Association does not select, approve or endorse those listed, nor is it responsible to assign mediators to cases, schedule or arrange mediations, or administer mediations, or for the conduct of the mediation or mediators. Rather, all arrangements for any mediations, and the mediations themselves, are between the mediator and the parties. The Monterey County Bar Association provides the directory as a public service to those seeking to locate its members who are willing to serve as private mediators.
