The Monterey County Law Library will hold legal research training
from 4pm to 5pm every Wednesday in Rm. 202 of the Monterey Courthouse at 1200 Aguajito Road.
 This is an opportunity for you and/or your legal assistant to learn or update your legal research skills.

The Monterey County Bar Association certifies our programs conform to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. Legal Specialization Credits, when available will be given as well. (Family Law): .75 hour in the area of dissolution of marriage, contempt and/or enforcement, or mediation and/or negotiation of family law disputes; .50 hour in the area of custody of children, etc.; 1 hour in the area of child support and spousal support; .75 hour in the area of division of community property, etc.

All seminar leaders volunteer their time and expertise.
