Presented by Dr. Gergory Katz, Dr. Elizabeth Lee, Dr. Martha Gleason and Dr. Michael Kerner. The speakers will present a discussion on the preparation of clients and procedures of psychological evaluations in child custody proceedings.

ATTORNEYS ATTENDING WILL RECEIVE 2 HOURS OF MCLE CREDIT. The Monterey County Bar Association certifies that this program conforms to the standards for approved education activities presented by the Rules and Regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing Legal Specialization Credit ()Family Law): 2 hours in the area(s) of child custody. The Monterey County Bar Association certifies that this program conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. Legal Specialization Credit (Family Law): .75 hour in the area of dissolution of marriage, contempt and/or enforcement, or mediation and/or negotiation of family law disputes; .50 hour in the area of custody of children, etc.; 1 hour in the area of child support and spousal support; .75 hour in the area of division of community property, etc.
